A desire:
In March I half-jokingly said to my husband, "I want to run a 5K". He replied, "I'll run with you!" Touched by his words, I signed us up for a 5K.

Practicing:
I visited the 5K course where the race will commence, aiming for a certain pace. I did a practice run. Turns out I ran the 5K course better than my goal pace. Later that afternoon, I went to a local trail because I wanted to run more. 🏃
Easter at the beach:
A couple spontaneously invited us to the beach for Easter. It was most memorable to celebrate this special weekend together with close friends and a lovely view in nature. Of course I had to run on the beach too!
It's important to set a target goal in an area of interest and aim to surpass it. Upon hitting the mark, we must set-up a new target and give it our best!
Something Fun:
Is there something fun or healthy we could add into the day? How about something wholesome to try for the first time? Maybe we're not sure if we're capable, yet we know we can't shake it off. Why not give it some attention? We just might uncover a new (or renewed) passion. 😍
*Update: I beat my goal pace in the 5K. I made 2nd Place in my age group...and I beat my husband by over 30 seconds! 😃
